Castel Del Monte Verdeca

Straw yellow with brief greenish hues that reveal strong notes of jasmine, bergamot and hints of pineapple to the nose. In the mouth there is a strong sense of freshness and delicate citrus notes that give fruity flavour with good minerality and a long finish.
The wine pairs well with light fish and vegetable dishes and is also excellent as an aperitif.
