This is a very different style of chardonnay having been fermented in stainless steel tanks. Straw yellow with greenish shades it has an elegant bouquet of tropical fruit together with a final fragrance of almond. Fine and well-structured, the wine has a well-sustained alcoholic note combining softness with savouriness.
