Made in the classic (champagne) method from Riesling grapes and aged for at least 50 months on the lees giving lovely brioche buttery notes together with intense aromas of citrus and stone fruits with a persistent mineral note on the palate. Perfect for the whole meal, and due to the savoury notes and acidity can be paired with aperitifs, shellfish, white meats and dessert.
