We go to what some people might think are extreme lengths to select the winemakers that we buy wines from. Firsty, we need to determine that they make the best tasting wine... but we also need to know that they are using their skills, both traditional and innovative, to make the wine in a way that isn't fake (i.e. using flavouring, additives etc.) and is sustainable and kind to the environment, both physically and culturally, and that no chemicals are used in making the wine or on the land are harmful to us and to the land. From this comes respect, and we believe that we partner with some of the best winemakers that there are, and i think after a meander through the pages below you'll see why!
