900 Malvasia Nera

Obtained from carefully selected Malvasia grapes and vinified in the ancient cisterns dug into the concrete plastered temperature-controlled basement to improve fermentation. It expresses the best of the Salento wine tradition; intense ruby red, with spicy notes and hints of liquorice. On the palate it is soft with a good balance between silky tannins and acidity unique to the ancient and rare grape variety.
