900 Metado Classico Brut Nature Bianco

Part of the collection that celebrates 900 years of wine making in Salento by the Guarini’s, this wine is made from 100% red Negroamaro but vinified as a sparkling white wine made in the traditional (champagne) method. Aged on the lees for at least 36 months before it is disgorged then another year in the bottle. It is rich and intense with a spicy bouquet. The wine is full bodied but light and refreshing with beautiful floral and toasty notes.
