900 Metado Classico Brut Nature Rosato

Part of the collection that celebrates 900 years of wine making in Salento by the Guarini’s, this wine is made from 100% red Negroamaro vinified as a sparkling rosé wine made in the traditional (champagne) method.

Aged on the lees for 48 months before it is disgorged then continues to mature in the bottle. It is intense, rich and fruity with a complex mineral finish. Full bodied and creamy yet refreshing with toasty and spicy notes.
