900 Primitivo

Made from a prime selection of the indigenous Primitivo grapes, this wine is the Cellar King. Made from grapes harvested after careful over-ripening, and vinified exclusively in the ancient cisterns with concrete plaster, dug under the cellar and equipped with temperature control. Ruby red in colour, with notes of black berries. On the palate it is full, with a good balance of tannin and acidity. At 14% ABV it is ideal with pasta dishes, roasted red meat and aged cheeses.
