Made from carefully selected red Negroamaro grapes this is a remarkably lively and elegant Pet-Nat rosato wine. Cloudy in the glass it is a beautiful pink that suggests the following aromatic explosion of raspberry, redcurrant and wild strawberry that is then replicated on the palate with the subtle addition of grapefruit. Incredibly versatile, it pairs well with pasta, pizza, sushi, or can be enjoyed as a refreshing performer on its own.
