Don Baddore

This is a carefully matched blend of 50% Cannonau and 50% Syrah to make this a full, fruity, spicy and powerful wine. The wine ages for approximately 8 months in steel, followed by 8 to 12 months in french oak barrels, and a few further months in the bottle. Aromas of red fruits, red jam, spices and chocolate. Dry, full and warming with full elegant tannins.
