Tziu Martine

100% varietal wine made in the tradition derived from the word “fermento” referring to the grapes tendency to ferment vigorously, the grape is cooled for one night before destemming and pressing then put in a steel tank to ferment with indigenous yeasts for 48 hours before the skins are separated and the must fermented at 20°C until the sugars are completely depleted. This wonderful high quality wine has notes of citrus and white fruits accompanied by a firm, fresh and salty impression.
