Calanchi

A blend of two local Calabrian grapes, Greco Bianco and Montonico Bianco which is a child to the Garganega grape best known in Soave. An intense aroma with floral hints, bergamot, brioche and cognac flavours. This wine has good freshness on the pallet, great body is well structured with a long persistent finish. Pairs perfectly with shellfish, fish and fresh cheeses.
