Le 4 Giare

This wine is produced with 100% native Garganega grapes from 70 years old east-oriented vines that grow in the deep soil of the ancient volcano. Hand harvested in October and November and then fermented in ceramic vessels and kept in contact with the skins for the duration of the alcoholic fermentation. At 12.5% it is a very approachable, easy-drinking dry wine with no residual sugar that delivers lots of flavour.
