Rinascita

Made from Garganega grapes of 60 year old low-yield vines which are east facing on a volcanic hill benefiting from a good temperature range. 50% of the grapes are macerated on the skins before fermentation for enhanced flavour, colour and tannin. The wine is then vinified in the Martinotti method and left for 12 months on the lees. No sugar added. Aromas of fresh eucalyptus, mint, William pear and sage followed by a rich velvety and mineral mouthfeel. Best served at 9 – 11 °C.
