Sassi Mori

Made from carefully selected Garganega grapes, the grape skins are left on the must before and during fermentation with careful stirring for added depth and complexity. The juice is left on the lees for 18 months and then divided between steel tanks, oak barrels and ceramic vessels for aging – this is a wine which expresses the best of Garganega. A full bodied, balanced wine with citrus notes and nuances of peach, honey and almond. Intensely structured with a full, long finish. This wine will evolve well in the bottle for many years.
