Valpolicella Classico Ripasso

Valpolicella Ripasso is famously fermented on the pomace of Amarone or Recioto grapes post fermentation of those wines to add additional complexity and depth. It is characterised by good structure and longevity and recognisable by its strength and intense fragrance of red fruits and spices. An elegant, harmonic, dry and velvety wine with a persistent finish.
