Pecorino

The grape Pecorino (in Italian, mean “of the sheep”) is given its name because the shape of the bunch of grapes on the vine resembles the shape of a sheep’s muzzle often seen as the shepherds drove their herds in the area to the winter pastures, known in Abruzzo as the "transumanza". This wine has a super fruity bouquet balanced nicely by saline note. It pairs very well with appetisers and delicate main dishes.
