Essenzo Bianco

A selection of the best bunches of rare white pecorello and greco bianco grapes are bended to together to make this extremely unique wine. The 12 months aging in oak barrels and steel tanks adds to the complexity. Bright golden in colour. On the nose floral and ripe yellow fruit notes open up to a strong and complex taste with smoked almond and salty notes from the nearby sea. Enjoy with shellfish, fish and white meats.
