Frusufao

Made from the Fiano grape this is a fruity but non-traditional style of Fiano. One week of cold pre-fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation gives this wine delicate floral scents superseded with exotic fruits such as mango, passionfruit and white peach. The palate is creamy, full, dry and clean with good minerality and long finish.
