This is a rare and limited edition wine of 1200 bottles produced in the Serre di Terre in the Municipality of Melissano. It is the result of the slow fermentation of the “flower” must producing delicate floral and grapefruit notes with fresh entry and high sapidity. This rosato stands as a unique fresh, intense and elegant wine with an elegant salinity on the palate.
