Malia Rosso

Tradition in Salento is for Malvasia to be blended with Negroamaro, however since 2001 Duca Carlo Guarini has produced this wine from 100% Malvasia, an elegant expression of quality and typicality. The nose opens with scents of ripe black fruit, earth and liquorice and spices. Of beautiful density and aromatic length, rich in flavour but lively and fresh with acidity. It goes well with red meats, seasoned cheeses and pastas.
