Mura

The wine is obtained from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Salento, and is a certified organic wine.
On the nose it opens on the typical hints of tomato leaf and elderberry with musky and vegetable notes. On the palate it is structured, fresh in acidity, elegant and of good thickness, ending with nuances of tropical fruit and aromatic herbs. To wine pairs perfectly with first courses, such as linguine with lobster or risotto with asparagus, fish and other seafoods.
