Mussennore Rosé

From Mussennore’s vineyard Palagorrai in Mamoiada the carefully selected grapes undergo delicate pressing before maceration on the skins for around 2 hours, then the wine is matured for 8 to 10 months in steel before bottling and further aging in the bottle. Pronounced fruity and floral aromas and flavours with a savoury finish. Fresh, full bodied rose and typical of the Mamoiadi area.
