Piccole Bolle V.S. Bianco

Made from the white vinification of the most appreciated black grape variety of Salento – negroamaro, Piccolebolle is the first sparkling wine to be made from negroamaro. Made using the Charmat Martinotti method it is the result of a specific cultivation technique in the field and excellent work in the cellar. It has a beautiful body and a taste that lingers in the mouth.
