Piccole Bolle V.S. Rosato

Made from the vinification of the most appreciated grape variety of the Salento – negroamaro, and made by the Charmat Martinotti method. This wine has a delicate rosé must with intense aroma of raspberries. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity but with dryness and perfectly balanced acidity. The wine can be drunk as an aperitif wine or with assorted appetizers, fish dishes, fried food, baked pasta and desserts.
