Rarum Passito

A blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. Deep purple with black reflections and a cherry rim. The bouquet is powerful and elegant, with sweet prune fruit supported by bitter Modicana chocolate, spice, some vegetal notes, alcohol, and dark brown sugar. On the palate, rich and sweet, with full bright berry fruit with dusky brown sugar sweetness flowing into a long smooth finish.
