Santi Medici Negroamaro Rosato

The Slow Wine 2026 guide awarded this wine the title 'Slow Wine' & 'Best Buy'. In addition to having excellent organoleptic quality that manages to capture the characteristics linked to the territory, history and environment it is judged as being of exceptional value.

Made from 100% negroamaro, the grape is harvested in mid-september. The wine is then pre-fermented for 12 hours in contact with the skins, before full fermentation and refinement in steel for 6 months. The colour is a beautiful coral pink. On the nose it has a floral and persistent aroma, and on the palate it is savoury with incisive notes of mint with warm and harmonious body.
