Sur Lie

This wine is a traditional method sparkling wine made in the natural way leaving the wine in the bottle in contact with the spent yeast, i.e. on the lees (“Sur Lie”). A softer, more approachable style of sparkling wine made from Negroamaro. Pronounced lemon juice and citrus peel balanced by peach, mandarin, toasted almond and biscuity notes. Mineral, fresh and perfect at anytime. Pairs well with seafood and fruit desserts.
