Taersia

Taersìa means windstorm in the dialect of the fishermen and seafarers of Salento. This innovative wine is obtained from the white vinification of the red Negroamaro grape and in 2013 it won first prize at the Radici Wine Festival for this achievement. The wine is fresh with a mineral taste and complex citrus aromas; the taste is full, round and structured and can be enjoyed on its own or with appetisers and snack, and otherwise pairs well with shellfish and vegetable dishes.
