Tenuta Della Dainara Etna Bianco

Grown on the side of the world’s most active volcano, this wine is expressive of the terroir and possesses typical of the mineral, saline and citrus notes produced at altitude amongst the volcanic rock and ash. On the nose yellow flowers such as mimosa and broom; daisy, saffron; snuffbox peach and apricot. The palate is creamy with sulphurous hints, good acidity and marked minerality.
