Tenuta Della Dainara Etna Rosso

This wine is expressive of the terroir and style of Etna Rosso which is often likened to a Burgundian Pinot Noir in terms of the colour and red fruit nature, yet with much more salinity and minerality. This wine is matured for 12 months in 700 and 500 litre French oak tonneau. Ruby red. Intense ripe red cherries, morello cherries, plums and blackberries and spicy hints of dark chocolate. On palate mineral, soft with enveloping tannins.
