A varietal Cannonau made from carefully selected grapes from 25 year old vines. Fermentation takes place in steel vats in contact with the skins for at least 15 days with daily manual punching down before resting for 6 months. The wine is then aged for 6-12 months in oak barrels where it acquires a fine balance of typical aromas and structure. Ripe red fruits, herbs and delicate spices define its elegant olfactory profile. A full-bodied red with well-polished tannins.
