Crafted using spontaneous fermentation, without filtration or added sulphites. Aromas of orange blossom, hints of fresh white fruit and notes of peach and wild pear. On the palate excellent acidity and persistent freshness. Elegant with great texture. Pleasant harmonious and intense fruity finish
