Zero Rosso

An elegant natural wine made from the gaglioppo grape. Crafted using spontaneous fermentation, without filtration or added sulphites, but none of the failings typical of poorly made natural wines. Intense ruby red with light orange reflections. Notes of spices with plums and cherries, full bodied with a perfect balance of tannin and acidity. Pair with lean meats, tomato sauces and fresh or semi-aged cheeses.
